Understanding the business is key to knowing the business as well as drawing up SEO targets.

I will make sure that:

Website analysis is all about knowing a website, which involves thorough examination of the website around performances, strengths and weaknesses to draw out opportunities for improvements.

Competitor analysis

Competitor analysis is an important part of SEO services as it involves studying competitors to gain knowledge about their strengths, weaknesses, and strategies. This also helps me draw a realistic picture of what is achievable based on the client’s resources.

Understanding SEO targets and deliverables

During the initial consultation, I would like to get some idea about the budget including what clients are willing to allocate on a monthly basis.

There should be realistic targets for the budget allocation, and agreeing on targets and expectations by both sides is crucial.

During this phase I make sure of following:
We both agree on scope of work which include outlining the scope of work and services to be delivered
We both set and agree on what the client will be getting during or at the end of SEO services
